How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your HappyPay account, please contact us through one of the following channels:

Processing time

We will review and process valid account deletion requests within 5 business days.

What will be deleted

Personal data associated with the account, where applicable
App usage data linked to the account, where applicable

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, regulation, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution obligations.

Deleting your account may result in permanent loss of access to HappyPay services, account history, and certain related features.
